Ola has a background as a successful entrepreneur working mainly with the Internet and online opportunities in start-ups, as an advisor to fortune 500 companies, as a guest professor at the SSE Riga Business Scool and as a growth partner for expanding companies. Ola has written the book Mission Possible (Midas 2005) and is a frequent speaker at international industry events.

Ola is the CEO of Result an international network of business coaches founded in June 1999. Result offers international new media experts in 14 countries helping entrepreneurial ventures move success from country to country. To date, Result has been involved in approximately 100 launches across Europe, the US and Asia. He co-founded several companies within new media and pioneered European Internet as a co-founder of Boxman 1997, the then largest Europen e-commerce store. He has also been part of launching FON (www.fon.com) the worlds largest WiFi Community and is responsible for the Scandinavian and Russian markets. Ola and Result has also been responsible for the growth of professional online network Xing (openBC) in Scandinavia, Benelux, France and Spain. Client engagements include Rebtel, Movilisto, Polarrose, Google, Plazes, Sevenload and many other of the most innovative companies in the industry.

Ola was named in the “Top ten leading European internet entrepreneurs 1999” by the Wall Street Journal, in a similar list in January 2000 by Business Week (front cover) and in May 2000 by the Financial Times. Ola was invited to the World Economic Forum in Davos where he was elected “Global Leader of Tommorow”. Ola is a frequent speaker at international conferences and school including speeches at Harward business school, World knowledge forum in Seoul, the “Global Internet Summit” and the “European Online Publishing Conference”. Ola was the chairman and main shareholder of Torget, Swedens oldest e-commerce portal with over 400 Swedish e-commerce partners until it was sold to European Directories in 2005.

n 2004 Ola was invited to become a E-Strategies Course Director and Executive MBA Program Faculty member at the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, the premium Business School in the Baltic region. Ola is focusing on what he describes as “Internet Management” and on teaching executive MBA student how to compete using online opportunities. Although resident in Stockholm, Ola spends most of his time living in airplanes and hotels.

Ola holds an MBA from the University of Stockholm, has a black belt in Karate and a World Championship gold medal in kickboxing.
