// Benjamí Villoslada (Menèame)

bv_blog.jpgBenjamí Villoslada (blog.bitassa.cat) is a software developer, radio presenter, TV and press contributor –but his business card says «toter» (doer in English).

He co-founded Menéame in 2005 with Ricardo Galli. He is currently in charge of web design and accounting, helping in software development and community management.

Since 1984, he has been developing accounting software. Since 1999, he has been working only in free (libre) software projects. He promotes Free Software.

He is the producer, director and presenter of the Ona Mallorca program Mallorca en Xarxa (Networked Majorca). He also contributes to some weekly Majorca and Balearic Islands radio programs: Tercer paràgraf magazine (Ona Mallorca), Tassa i Mitja, IBWEB (IB3 Ràdio), Insòmnic 500 (IB3 Ràdio) and Hoy por hoy Mallorca (Rádio Mallorca, SER).

His regular press press contributions were tomagazines such as .net conexion, PC Format, LX Format, Revista Web, Ciberp@is and Datamation. He was the winner of the 2007 «Relats breus de hackers» (Hackers Short Stories) prize of the Technical University of Catalonia (UPC) in Barcelona.
