Arturo J. Paniagua is a Dominican journalist living in Madrid since 1999. He is responsable for PR and Marketing duties in Hipertextual, one of the most important blog networks in Spain and Latin America. Since 2007 he’s been writing on the company’s flagship blog, ALT1040. He is considered one of the most influential bloggers in spanish.

Arturo is also a evangelist in laSexta, the newest TV network in Spain.
